Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Distribution & Logistics Decision Intelligence Analyst to accelerate analytics, GenAI, AI-agent and decision intelligence products across our logistics network in Mexico City. You will partner with regional teams and translate operations into analytical products.

You’ll design semantic models, dashboards in Looker, and test AI prompts and workflows, delivering actionable insights for inbound, 3PL, DC and outbound transportation. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; field not limited to engineering or IT.
• Experience in distribution, logistics, warehousing or supply chain analytics preferred.
• Strong SQL, data modelling and dashboard development skills required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with D&L stakeholders to translate operations into analytical requirements and products.
• Support inbound/import analytics including PO/shipment milestones, customs, ports, and freight costs.
• Support 3PL and carrier analytics including performance and root causes.
• Support DC operations analytics including inventory, throughput, labor productivity and cost per unit.
• Support outbound analytics for e-commerce, retail and wholesale.
• Define KPIs, grains, hierarchies and data quality with regional source systems.
• Translate requirements into Looker semantic models and test data joins, measures and dimensions.
• Design and iterate dashboards in Looker with strong visuals and usability principles.
• Develop GenAI and AI-agent pilots for shipment risk, lane analysis and anomaly detection.
• Configure prompts, grounding, tools, guardrails and human review steps for AI agents.
• Conduct scenario analyses and support predictive/prescriptive modeling with clear business interpretation.
• Write user stories, support UAT, train users and monitor adoption and impact.
• Share reusable methods and patterns across Planning & Analytics team.
