HALDEX PRODUCTS DE MEXICO SA DE CV in Apodaca, part of SAF-HOLLAND, is seeking a Regional/Global Sourcing Manager to develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned commodities across SAF-HOLLAND locations.

You will negotiate with strategic vendors, drive cost reductions, manage supplier evaluations, and lead cross-functional teams using SAP S/4HANA and Excel to ensure quality, delivery and successful product launches. Excellent communication and project management skills are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in direct material purchasing (commodities: metal forming, machining, springs, packaging, raw materials, fittings, bearings, chemicals)
• Experience handling international suppliers and cost reduction projects
• Proficient in conversational English
• Proven negotiation and analytical skills with project management abilities
• All level communication skills are important

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement regional and global sourcing strategies for assigned commodities across SAF-HOLLAND locations
• Establish relationships with strategic vendors to negotiate high quality materials at the lowest cost
• Manage supplier evaluation and development processes and lead cross-functional teams
