Job summary

DIGITEC Financial Technologies and Services GmbH is seeking a Service Delivery & Supplier Manager to own the end-to-end service lifecycle for our D3 and OMS platforms, from validation through onboarding, go-live, and BAU. This role combines governance, operations, and commercial negotiation across a multi-vendor SaaS environment.

You will define and evolve the service delivery framework, manage SLAs and KPIs, oversee supplier governance and procurement, and ensure compliance with risk,

Qualifications

• Experience in service delivery or IT operations for SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven end-to-end supplier and vendor management — governance, performance, escalations, remediation.
• Experience with technology procurement and contract management (sourcing, lifecycle, cost optimization).
• Familiarity with incident, problem, change, and release management.
• Experience defining and governing SLAs, KPIs, OLAs and turning data into actions.
• Excellent ability to engage clients and stakeholders in governance fora and escalations.
• Familiarity with risk, compliance, information security, and audit requirements in enterprise environments.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end service lifecycle for a multi-vendor SaaS ecosystem, from validation to BAU.
• Lead service delivery and performance management across global environments.
• Define and improve the service delivery framework, governance structures, and delivery processes.
• Govern SLAs, KPIs, OLAs; monitor performance, escalations, and continuous improvement.
• Attend customer reviews, governance forums and service-related escalations; translate outcomes into actions.
• Manage operational supplier and outsourcing governance, performance, escalations, and remediation.
• Oversee technology procurement and commercial supplier management, including negotiations and renewals.
• Ensure adherence to risk, compliance, information security, and audit requirements.
