3Search is seeking a Creative Project Manager to join a growing global in-house Creative Hub in Mexico City. You’ll own end-to-end creative projects, coordinating design, social, video, and digital teams while maintaining timelines and approvals.

The role offers collaboration with stakeholders across a global organization, with senior support as projects scale and opportunities for advancement toward Senior Creative Project Manager.

Formación

• Experience delivering multiple creative projects end to end.
• Ability to interpret briefs and translate into actionable plans.
• Strong communication with designers, copywriters, and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage multiple creative and social-first projects from brief through final delivery.
• Own timelines, deliverables, reviews, feedback, and approvals end to end.
• Coordinate projects across design, social, video, motion, copy, and digital workflows.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and keep them informed throughout the project.
• Understand the brief and what the stakeholder aims to achieve before moving to the creative team.
