Cummins Inc. is seeking a Senior Global Automation Engineer in San Luis Potosí, México, focusing on automation, robotics and manufacturing technology within the Global Manufacturing Engineering team.

The role is hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days home office) and supports Cummins Worldwide. You will drive global manufacturing improvements, lead program and project activities, and serve as a technical expert in robotics, automation systems, and safety standards.

Formación

• University degree in STEM or related field.
• 3+ years in Manufacturing or Control Engineering.
• 3+ years in commissioning, designing and developing automation solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and validate advanced manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Lead global teams to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
• Advise sites on robotics applications and technology choices.
• Mentor teams and strengthen technical capability.
