Job summary

FTI Consulting, Inc. in Mexico seeks a Senior Consultant to apply investigative, forensic accounting, financial and analytical skills to complex client matters across Mexico, LATAM and globally.

You will work with experienced professionals on anti-corruption and fraud-related matters, analyze data, interview personnel, prepare memoranda and client-facing reports, and present findings to clients and regulators. English and Spanish required, with national/international travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• 3+ years of forensic accounting or related experience.
• Familiarity with IFRS, Mexico NIF, and US GAAP.
• Professional certifications such as CPA or CFE valued but not required.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
• Experience with data analytics tools is highly valued.
• Ability to translate findings into clear presentations.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day activities on investigations and anti-corruption matters.
• Analyze accounting and financial data and document complex issues.
• Organize information for effective data access and analysis.
• Conduct interviews with client personnel and third parties.
• Assist in preparing memoranda and reports for stakeholders.
• Support complex investigations involving fraud and misconduct.
• Collaborate with FTI colleagues across Mexico, LATAM, and globally.
• Translate findings into clear, defensible presentations.
• Contribute to business development and grow the practice in Mexico.
