Jabil is seeking a quality-focused professional to represent the quality function of technical support across global manufacturing accounts. You will liaise between Jabil, suppliers, and customers on global quality issues, and help develop QA plans and timelines for new product introductions.

Key responsibilities include supporting quoting during design phases, reviewing discrepancies, coordinating corrective actions, and driving process improvements with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required and five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced English.
• Data analysis.
• 8D problem solving.
• Prefer related to hyperscale data storage products.
• NPI/APQP experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the quality function of technical support for manufacturing on global customer accounts.
• Serve as liaison between Jabil and suppliers or customers on global quality issues.
• Develop and maintain QA plans and timelines for global new product introductions.
• Support quoting activities during process design, development and implementation phases.
• Review supplier or customer discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Interface with departments to support process improvement and standardization.
