Jabil in Mexico is seeking a Quality Assurance lead to represent the quality function of technical support across global customer accounts. You will liaison between Jabil Circuit and suppliers/customers on global quality issues and drive process improvements.

The role requires a bachelor's degree with at least five years of related experience, with responsibilities spanning QA plans, documentation systems, training, and supplier collaboration. This is an on-site position in Tijuana.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain QA plans and timelines for global new product introductions using Advanced Product Quality Planning and Process Optimization.
• Provide support for quoting activities by participating in initial process design, development, and implementation phases.
• Evaluate and provide input to inspection processes via inspection aids and instruction guidelines.
• Support global training programs by developing and implementing specialized training sessions.
• Develop systems for document storage, access and review pertaining to global customer accounts.
• Review all supplies, internal, and customer discrepancies; coordinate and track corrective/proactive action efforts.
• Conduct periodic review and maintenance of all documentation files; develop systems for document storage and access.
• Review all supplier or customer discrepancies; coordinate and track corrective/preventative action.
• Participate in vendor survey activities; drive proactive participation with suppliers and aid in process improvement.
• Interface with all departments regarding Policies and Procedures.
• Provide insight into implementing and maintaining Process Improvement and Optimization.
• Assist in driving standardization of manufacturing processes for global customer accounts.
• Interface and provide technical support on quality issues with the customer as needed.
• Adhere to safety and health rules and regulations and comply with company security policy.

Summary

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Develop and maintain QA plans and timeliness of global new product introductions utilizing Advanced Product Quality Planning and Process Optimization specific to the customer.
