Ingredion Incorporated in Guadalajara is seeking an Associate, Global Quality Documentation to support the implementation and continuous improvement of Quality Documentation systems and processes. You will help develop and deliver training, maintain records, and contribute to global projects.

The role requires a degree in a related field, advanced English, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemistry, or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working independently with minimal supervision and ability to seek guidance when needed.
• Experience participating in or leading projects.
• Experience developing and delivering training materials.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and web-based applications.
• Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, SAP, Intelex, or TraceGains.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation and improvement of Global Quality Documentation systems and processes.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training for new systems and procedures.
• Create and maintain training materials, schedules, and documentation records.
• Support knowledge management initiatives by identifying and addressing training needs.
• Act as a key contributor to global documentation-related projects.
• Provide professional and timely customer support, ensuring a positive experience in every interaction.
