Job summary

Griffith Foods in Monterrey seeks a senior sales leader to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the business plan and to identify new opportunities in proteins across poultry, meat, fish and alternatives.

You will build and lead a high‑performing sales team, set targets, coach performance, monitor KPI attainment, and drive portfolio transformation. 40% travel and full bilingual proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Food Engineering; MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in the Protein segment (meat, poultry, fish and alt proteins).
• Fully bilingual in English (100%).
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the business plan.
• Build and lead a high-performing sales team with coaching and targets.
• Achieve KPI targets for revenue, profitability, and portfolio transformation.
