Dematic Corp. is seeking a Project Manager to lead engineering initiatives, manage integrated project plans, budgets and resources, and drive successful delivery of complex projects.

You will coordinate with engineering, product management and external partners to meet customer requirements, manage risks, and ensure timely invoicing while maintaining high standards of execution and collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering preferred, equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 4–5 years experience in material handling or related field.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Proven project management background required.
• Team leadership and facilitation skills essential.
• Fluent English; English written and spoken required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage engineering projects with integrated project plans, budgets and tooling investments.
• Provide direction to project team and assign responsibilities and tasks.
• Manage projects within schedule, scope and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with engineering and product management to align requirements.
• Identify and mitigate project risks with actionable strategies.
• Lead weekly meetings with internal teams and external vendors/contractors.
• Analyze profitability forecasts and ensure timely invoicing.
• Craft detailed schedules covering all engineering, installation and integration activities.
• Balance detailed work with high-level executive summaries.
