Job summary

Alfa Laval in Mexico City is seeking a Project Execution Engineer to manage capital equipment projects from handover to delivery. You will coordinate between customers, Sales, Operations, Field Service and our factories, ensuring scope, schedule and cost alignment.

The role requires a degree in Electromechanical, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical or Electronics Engineering, with experience in project execution and installation/start-up of industrial equipment, plus strong English skills.

• Manage projects ensuring compliance with scope, schedule and cost.
• Coordinate installation, commissioning and other field services.
• Act as communication bridge between customers, Sales, Operations, Field Service Engineers and Alfa Laval factories.
• Follow up on technical and logistical aspects throughout project execution.
• Support customers during initial stages of equipment lifecycle.
• Manage customer claims according to contractual conditions.
• Support troubleshooting and coordinate technical questions during project execution.
• Review customer requirements, project specifications and performance standards.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and progress.
• Ensure handover and final delivery of solution to customer.
• Participate in project close-out discussions, managing pending items and contractual commitments.

Responsibilities
