DSV - Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Project Specialist to support project managers across international teams. You will coordinate administrative tasks, maintain documentation, prepare reports, and help ensure on-time delivery of project milestones.

The role requires strong organizational skills, fluent English, MS Office expertise, and the ability to work in a dynamic global environment with adherence to Prince2 and DSv standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prince2 knowledge is an advantage.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, SharePoint.
• Experience with Clarity is an advantage.
• Able to work in an international and multicultural environment.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive, flexible, and service-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Support Project Managers and Coordinators with daily PM activities.
• Maintain project portfolios, roadmaps, and schedules.
• Create and manage project templates, processes, guidelines, standards, and procedures.
• Administer project sites and documentation repositories using MS SharePoint and DSV platforms.
• Prepare project reports, budget updates, and KPI tracking for different stakeholders.
• Collect, organize, and maintain project documentation for Project Boards and governance meetings.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and project-related activities.
• Support the preparation of project materials and presentations.
• Coordinate business travel arrangements when required.
• Ensure projects are managed according to established project management methodologies, including Prince2 and DSV project standards.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders and support effective communication across teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and professional development activities.
