Genpact in Mexico invites applications for the role of Project Control Analyst. The position sits within the global service organization, reporting to the PCA Manager, and partners with regional finance to track contracts, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.

You will support PCA processes, drive standardization, deliver monthly closes by country, analyze deviations, manage ERP data, and assist invoicing and collections. SAP expertise and strong Excel/Smartsheet skills are essential.

Formación

• SAP Super User experience preferred.
• Excel, Smartsheet or equivalent proficiency required.
• Strong experience with PCA tools and related processes.
• Experience in a multi-cultural global environment.
• Ability to drive changes through reporting lines and influence.

Responsabilidades

• Embedded in the global service organization as a business partner, reporting to PCA Manager.
• Support regional PCA initiatives and standardize PCA processes.
• Develop and harmonize PCA workflows.
• Track and manage PCA KPIs.
• Collaborate with PMO to manage contracts, forecasts, actuals, cost reconciliations, risks and opportunities, cash forecasts.
• Perform financial analysis for Project Managers and HQ reporting.
• Enter and maintain all project financial data in ERP (orders, invoicing, budgets, purchase requisitions).
• Support invoicing and cash collection for projects and contracts.
• Deliver monthly close of assigned business units by country and communicate exceptions.
• Drive PCA lessons learned and Lean initiatives.
• Ensure compliance to Global Standard PCA processes.
• Align project budgets in ERP with as-sold figures.
• Liaise with Central Quality to align regional practices with global standards.
