Marelli Electronics in Aguascalientes is seeking a Production Planner to coordinate and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring timely and efficient production operations. The role reports to the Production Planning Supervisor and is based at the Aguascalientes office.

You will develop detailed schedules, manage materials and capacity, and collaborate with procurement, quality, and engineering to meet demand and improve efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in production planning within manufacturing.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage detailed production schedules to meet demand forecasts and customer orders.
• Determine material and labor requirements to support production schedules.
• Assess production capacity and identify bottlenecks to optimize utilization.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to align efforts and communicate plans.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Analyze production data and generate KPIs to drive improvements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles.
