Job summary

Siemens Energy, Inc. in Mexico is seeking an experienced SG NO TEI Project Manager to lead production introduction projects for new technology and products. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and drive automation initiatives across global suppliers and internal groups.

You will work with R&D, product design, and manufacturing across the Americas to ensure timely delivery, scalable processes, and high quality. This role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing and project management experience.
• Experience in production line automation is preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; German is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement production introduction projects for new technology and products.
• Provide technical support to proposals for factory setup, expansion and production automation projects.
• Lead project implementation on behalf of SG Network Operation.
• Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams for production introduction.
• Align manufacturing requirements with R&D and ensure compatibility with robotic assembly.
• Ensure project communication, documentation, and regular status reports for management.
• Lead automation and robotic solutions projects for HV switchgear production lines.
