Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong Excel skills including data manipulation, pivot tables, dashboards.
• Knowledge of Power BI for dashboard creation and reporting.
• Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from data.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Support organization and tracking of Product Innovation initiatives across International Operations markets.
• Prepare summaries, presentations, and materials for product innovation routines and leadership updates.
• Assist with market intelligence, benchmarking, and trend analyses across countries.
• Document experimentation activities: statements, hypotheses, learnings, next steps.
• Enhance and automate dashboards and reporting tools to track performance and initiatives.
