Mattel Latin America seeks a Lead Development Program Manager to drive new product development from concept through production at the Monterrey facility. You will lead cross-functional teams across Mexico, Canada, Asia, and suppliers to ensure on-time, on-budget launches and seamless industrialization of new products.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 5+ years in product development or manufacturing, with strong PM, communication, and stakeholder

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in product development, program management, engineering, or manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional product development programs from concept through production.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; willing to travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple global product development programs from concept through production launch.
• Build and manage integrated project plans with milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Mexico, Canada, Asia, and external suppliers for flawless execution.
• Drive issue resolution and proactively manage risks related to design, tooling, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and readiness.
• Ensure readiness for milestones such as prototypes, EP, FEP, tooling qualification, and production launch.
• Partner with Manufacturing and Operations to transition products into the Monterrey facility.
