Dematic is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager in Monterrey to lead a team of mechanical/mechatronics engineers responsible for design, development, and sustainment of material handling products. You will partner with procurement, manufacturing, product management, installation, customer service and NA engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• 10+ years in engineering with leadership and people management.
• Proven track record leading product development in manufacturing.
• Experience across multiple locations preferred; material handling/automation exposure advantageous.
• Exposure to controls or automation is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing engineering team in MTY.
• Deliver projects on schedule within budget and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, product mgmt, and service teams.
• Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance for all products.
• Balance resources, forecasting, and capacity planning.
