Job summary

Siemens Energy, Inc. seeks a procurement professional to support Gas Services with end-to-end direct goods and services sourcing for Service Operations.

You will manage supplier selection, pricing negotiations, contract administration, and supplier performance within a global framework. The role emphasizes tactical sourcing, RFQ/RFP management, PO execution, and cross-functional coordination with logistics, quality, and finance to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and relevant procurement experience
• Proficiency in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for direct and indirect operations to secure optimal commercial terms
• Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve cost savings and project alignment
• Manage RFQ/RFP processes from initiation through to supplier selection and award
• Execute and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Administer contracts and purchase agreements, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and legal requirements
• Coordinate with logistics, quality, and finance teams to resolve invoice and delivery discrepancies
• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs to ensure quality and delivery compliance
• Resolve supplier non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions as necessary
