Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker seeks a Global Procurement Analyst to join the Global Procurement & Strategic Sourcing team on a hybrid basis.

You will support spend analysis, supplier management, and cross-functional sourcing initiatives across plastics, resins, greases, and lubricants to drive cost savings and efficiency. A Bachelor’s degree, Excel proficiency, and ERP experience are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant field preferred.
• Experience in procurement, sourcing, or related supply chain roles.
• Strong analytical skills with spend analysis and reporting.
• Experience with supplier performance tracking.
• Proficiency in Excel; Power BI and SAP experience preferred.
• Familiarity with RFQs, RFPs, bids, and contract management.
• Experience with plastics, injection molding, lubricants or related commodities preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to work cross-functionally.
• International experience is a plus; travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support spend analysis, supplier management, and reporting across categories.
• Partner with businesses and plants to execute sourcing strategies and deliver cost savings.
• Support tariff mitigation initiatives.
• Conduct analytics including benchmarking, Pareto analysis, basket analysis, total cost of ownership, and scenario planning.
• Monitor global market trends and cost drivers for assigned commodities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, Logistics, and others.
• Help drive KPIs across cost, quality, service, working capital, and innovation.
