Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Senior Analyst for Procurement Analytics & Insights – GLOBAL to join our Global Procurement COE. You will transform complex enterprise data into strategic insights, partnering with Category Managers and Corporate Finance to optimize spend and craft executive narratives for C-suite decisions.

Your work will help build modern visual analytics, drive EBITDA savings validation, and unleash value across our global procurement ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in procurement analytics or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and BI tools with data manipulation experience.
• Experience with ERP/P2P data structures (Oracle, SAP, Coupa, SAP Ariba).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Harmonize and structure spend data across ERPs and P2P platforms into a single source of truth.
• Automate dashboards and analytics using BI tools and AI-enabled pipelines.
• Identify savings opportunities through deep-dive spend analyses and category insight.
• Validate EBITDA savings with Finance and align with budgets.
