Tactical buy for the Iberia sector

Your Impact

As Global Proc Ind Buyer, your responsibilities include:

• Review all non-catalog requisitions (Spot, Tactical, Strategic), ensuring alignment with PepsiCo & GP policies and procedures.
• Quote with the correct number of suppliers according to policy and seek the best commercial options.
• Maintain constant communication with MSOs, COEs, Vendors, and Users to get accurate quotes, measure performance, and ensure delivery and quality.
• Negotiate considering user needs and specifications.
• Approve or deny requisitions based on thresholds within SLAs.
• Support all myBUY users with their functional and operational questions.
• Track reviewed requisitions to generate KPIs.
• Monitor and report on Spend, Productivity, and Automation monthly.

Qualifications

• Advanced English
• Excel skills
• Ability to analyze sourcing data and understand procurement processes
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Good IT procurement skills; familiarity with SAP/ARIBA is a plus
• Experience in creating and delivering analysis to internal and external customers
