Descripción del empleo

Global Payments Solutions Payments and Collections Product Owner is responsible for managing all aspects of Collections Products. This role is a key part of the Payments and Collections team, leading decision-making across various areas including revenue generation, product backlog, budgeting, regulatory compliance, risk management, operations, process and product design, customer solutions, and key performance indicators.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with the bank’s digital payments strategy, coordinating with internal stakeholders and regulators.
  2. Client-Centric Development: Identify user needs from corporate and consumer segments, translating these into product features to enhance customer experience and adoption.
  3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the product complies with all legal and regulatory requirements, supporting market adoption.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Effectively interact with cross-functional teams such as legal, risk, compliance, technology, operations, and marketing to achieve product goals.
  5. Go-to-Market & Commercial Enablement: Design and support market launch plans, including pricing, onboarding, and educational content.
  6. Analytics & Continuous Improvement: Monitor KPIs and use analytics to identify opportunities for product enhancement and commercialization.
  7. Innovation & Ecosystem Engagement: Explore partnerships, integrations, and collaborations to expand use cases.
  8. Project Management: Lead projects to implement regulatory, risk, and scope requirements, including risk assessment and mitigation.
  9. Operational Oversight: Ensure proper product functioning in liaison with operations stakeholders.
  10. Global Collaboration: Maintain close relations with regional and global HSBC product teams.
