Johnson & Johnson in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, invites recent graduates to join the GOLD Program—a three-year leadership development track spanning operations, procurement, quality, planning, customer service, and logistics.

You will rotate across functions and campuses, supporting end-to-end supply chain activities while gaining robust training and mentorship in a globally leading healthcare company.

Formación

• No more than two years since graduation (degree between Dec 2024 and Dec 2026).
• No more than two years of full-time work experience.
• Permanent authorization to work in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico.
• Valid passport and a valid U.S. visa, or visa application in progress.

GOLD Program Overview

The Global Operations Leadership Development (GOLD) Program offers recent university graduates the opportunity to accelerate their professional growth through a structured program that combines challenging job rotations with classroom and online training over a two-and-a-half-year period. The goal of the program is to craft the next generation of leaders across the end-to-end global supply chain functions within Johnson & Johnson.

The program includes opportunities in operations, procurement, quality, planning, customer service and logistics, project and process engineering, facilities engineering, and quality technical support. The combination of cross-functional assignments and day-to-day learning will help you develop the skills and capabilities needed to build your career and leadership potential.

Participants will learn to drive their careers in small-company environments that support the ambitious spirit, nurture collaboration and partnership, and recognize their individual contributions. At the same time, associates benefit from the big-company impact of a global leader in healthcare, with premier training and development and career opportunities across a dynamic global environment.

Program Components

• Combine on-the- job experience with business, leadership & personal development training
• You will lead projects during rotations across different functions and campuses in Ciudad Juárez, creating a meaningful impact on business results.
• Opportunity to broaden your technical capabilities, leadership skills, and business knowledge.
• Exposure to a broad range of experiences within the J&J MedTech Supply Chain organization.
• Combine on-the- job experience with business, leadership & personal development training.
• Development of technical skills across many areas, including project management; supply chain management (planning, manufacturing, and procurement); quality and regulatory compliance; manufacturing operations; customer and logistics services (distribution, transportation, and warehousing); product and process analysis and improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, and Design Excellence); and collaboration and teamwork.

Position Responsibilities

During your participation in the program, you are responsible for demonstrating a working knowledge of how the different global supply chain functions of Johnson & Johnson connect to support our business and our customers around the world.

• Participating in the planning, production and distribution of products and services
• Maintaining or improving manufacturing operational costs, efficiency, capacity, and compliance
• Collaborating with internal customers and external vendors to drive key business decisions and outcomes
• Learning about designing or redesigning new products
• Maintaining quality and regulatory compliance
• Understanding how business decisions affect customer experience
• Keeping the customer in the center of everything we do

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with internal customers and external suppliers to improve manufacturing systems and equipment.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, or quality.
• No more than two years since graduation (degree obtained between December 2024 and December 2026).
• No more than two years of full-time work experience.
• Permanent authorization to work in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico.
• Valid passport and a valid U.S. visa, or a visa application currently under review.

Knowledge and Skills

• Fluent English proficiency.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Knowledge of spreadsheet analysis, data management, project management, presentation graphics, engineering analysis, and statistical software.
• Interest in exploring cross-functional projects within Engineering, Operations, and Quality.

Duration: 3 years (one year per rotation), followed by a permanent position.

Start Date: January 2027
