Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator in Ciudad Juárez, MX. This on-site role focuses on maintaining warehouse facilities, inventory accuracy, and material control to support manufacturing targets.

You will supervise shipping/receiving, manage inventory flows, and ensure quality documentation. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, GMP/ISO awareness, and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred to optimize operations and safety compliance.

Formación

• Requires bilingual English/Spanish; strong communication skills.
• GMP/ISO knowledge preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP and information systems.
• Proficiency in Windows-based PC software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsabilidades

• Supervises shipping, receiving, storing and registering of material in the warehouse.
• Ensures inventory flow between manufacturing and packaging sites; communicates risks.
• Records inventory transactions accurately in material control systems.
• Manages flow of raw materials to production and packaging centers.
• Supports cycle count program.
• Maintains warehouse procedures and documentation for Quality.
• Ensures EMS compliance and adherence to safety policies.
• Participates in process and quality improvement projects.
• Communicates issues or opportunities to management.
• Ensures resources for health, safety and environmental practices.

We are searching for the best talent for : Warehouse Coordinator

Purpose: To maintain warehouse facilities and material control systems to support manufacturing operations objectives.

You will be responsible for

• Supervises shipping, receiving, storing and registering of material in the warehouse.
• Assurance of inventory flow between manufacturing and packaging sites to include communication of risk and management of it.
• Ensures timely and accurate recording of inventory transactions in material control systems.
• Supervises flow of raw materials to production kiting area and instruments to packaging center.
• Supports cycle count program.
• Establishes and enforces warehouse specific procedures.
• Establish and maintain appropriate warehouse documentation as required for Quality.
• Assurance activities and the Quality Documentation Systems.
• Participate in process/ quality improvement projects.
• Compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with Environmental Management System (EMS) responsibilities.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities listed may be assigned.
• Promote all activities related to maintain a high inventory accuracy.
• Conduct discrepancy investigations and identifies root causes and corrective actions using
• EES Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system.
• Follow J&J and EES Records Management Policies for Convenience Information, Records
• Retention Schedules, Training and Education, Document Hold Notices, Records Cleanout, Inactive Records and Information Management, Vital Records and third-party vendor if applicable.
• Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
• Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
• For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures Performs other duties assigned as needed

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bilingual: English/ Spanish preferred.
• GMP/ ISO knowledge preferred.
• PC Knowledge, Windows (power point, excel, word).
• Knowledge of information systems including but not limited to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP,
• MRP), CAF, CATSWEB.
• MRP knowledge preferred.
