Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Ciudad Juárez, MX seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to supervise shipping, receiving, and inventory flow, ensuring accurate ERP/MRP records and quality compliance. The role focuses on GMP/ISO standards, safety, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The successful candidate will coordinate materials between manufacturing and packaging, maintain documentation, and support cycle counts while upholding EMS and environmental policies.

Formación

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• GMP/ ISO knowledge preferred.
• PC Knowledge, Windows (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of information systems including ERP, MRP, CAF, CATSWEB.
• MRP knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises shipping, receiving, storing and registering of material in the warehouse.
• Assurance of inventory flow between manufacturing and packaging sites to include communication of risk and management of it.
• Ensures timely and accurate recording of inventory transactions in material control systems.
• Supervises flow of raw materials to production area and to packaging center.
• Supports cycle count program.
• Establishes and enforces warehouse specific procedures.
• Establish and maintain appropriate warehouse documentation as required for Quality.
• Assurance activities and the Quality Documentation Systems.
• Participate in process/ quality improvement projects.
• Compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with EMS responsibilities.
• For those who supervise or manage a staff, ensure subordinates follow all guidelines.
• Ensure personal and Company compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Performs other duties as needed.
• Promote activities to maintain high inventory accuracy.
• Conduct discrepancy investigations and identify root causes and corrective actions using ERP.

We are searching for the best talent for : Warehouse Coordinator

You will be responsible for :

• Supervises shipping, receiving, storing and registering of material in the warehouse.

• Assurance of inventory flow between manufacturing and packaging sites to include communication of risk and management of it.

• Ensures timely and accurate recording of inventory transactions in material control systems.

• Supervises flow of raw materials to production kiting area and instruments to packaging center.

• Supports cycle count program.

• Establishes and enforces warehouse specific procedures.

• Establish and maintain appropriate warehouse documentation as required for Quality.

• Assurance activities and the Quality Documentation Systems.

• Participate in process/ quality improvement projects.

• Compliance with safety policies and procedures.

• Ensures compliance with Environmental Management System (EMS) responsibilities.

• Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities listed may be assigned.

• Promote all activities related to maintain a high inventory accuracy.

• Conduct discrepancy investigations and identifies root causes and corrective actions using

• EES Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system.

• Follow J&J and EES Records Management Policies for Convenience Information, Records

• Retention Schedules, Training and Education, Document Hold Notices, Records Cleanout, Inactive Records and Information Management, Vital Records and third-party vendor if applicable.

• Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level

• Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.

• For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable

• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures Performs other duties assigned as needed

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bilingual: English/ Spanish preferred.
