Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a senior engineering leader to drive NPI programs for steam turbine products in the United States. You will lead a global team of program managers and engineers, interfacing with Product, Platform and Program Management to deliver integrated turbine modules and high-quality, competitive products.

The role emphasizes leadership, resource management, and cross-functional collaboration across global supply chain, HR, and operations, with remote work options and relocation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required.
• Min. 10+ years of experience in turbomachinery or steam turbine engineering.
• Min. 2 years of leadership experience; leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global NPI program team.
• Act as primary interface between Steam Turbine Engineering and Product/Program Management.
• Own the integration of components into steam turbine modules.
• Oversee product quality and associated design practices.
• Provide resources and guidance to mission-based teams delivering NPI programs.
