Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Network Optimization Analyst to support the development of next-generation network design capabilities across Global business units.

The role involves analyzing data to improve efficiency and profitability of the supply chain, while partnering with modelers and stakeholders to test optimization software and validate models. You will create dashboards, run scenario analyses, and identify bottlenecks to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations research, Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain or similar.
• 1-2 years of experience performing similar responsibilities.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to handle large datasets and draw meaningful insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean and analyze data to support network optimization projects.
• Run scenario analysis and sensitivities using new and existing optimization tools.
• Identify trends and bottlenecks in supply chain operations through data visualization.
• Assist GND modeler in model validation and calibration using real-world data.
• Collaborate with GCC Modelers to test and refine optimization solutions.
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
