Brose Group is seeking a transportation logistics specialist in Mexico to develop and optimize the North America transportation network. You will lead route improvements, analyze costs, and collaborate with purchasing on RFQs/RFPs, while maintaining SAP TM data and reporting to central departments.

The role requires 2–3 years in logistics, SAP TM experience, and advanced English, with responsibilities spanning planning, budgeting support, and project participation across North American locations.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in Transportation and Logistics.
• Experience working on transportation optimization projects.
• Knowledge of domestic and international transportation routes, as well as transportation-related regulations.
• Experience using SAP and Transportation Management (TM) systems.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement innovative concepts for the Brose North America transportation network.
• Drive continuous improvements within the assigned transportation routes.
• Plan and implement changes to the transportation network, including route consolidation, capacity optimization, implementation of alternative transportation modes, and reduction of downtime.
• Analyze transportation expenses and other financial data to support budget planning policies and decision-making.
• Prepare and maintain transportation network reports for plants and central departments.
• Monitor transportation-related expenses and costs.
• Serve as the primary contact for transportation operations at the assigned plant.
• Maintain transportation and logistics data within SAP.
• Participate in transportation projects and sub-projects.
• Support the Purchasing team during transportation sourcing and bidding processes (RFQs/RFPs).
