Robertshaw is a global design, engineering and manufacturing company seeking a Materials Manager to lead all aspects of materials management, including planning, purchasing, inventory control, warehouse operations and shipping. You will drive MRP accuracy, optimize inventory and collaborate with sales, planning and finance to meet customer demand.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 10+ years in quality assurance/control with 5+ years management experience.
• CPIM, CSCP, Six Sigma or Lean certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the MRP system; analyze schedules, BOMs, and inventory data.
• Define and manage inventory levels, safety stock, and reorder points.
• Coordinate forecasting and procurement with Sales and Planning teams.
• Monitor supplier performance; ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.
• Maintain ERP/MRP data accuracy and drive process improvements.
• Act as liaison between warehouse, production, purchasing and finance.
• Implement Lean improvements to enhance material flow and planning accuracy.
