• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, scheduling, or customer-facing planning roles.
• Hands-on SAP proficiency and advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Proven experience owning forecast coordination, capacity planning, and inventory strategy for a customer or business segment.

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE?

As a Customer Supply Chain Analyst at Corning, you will be the key connection between customer demand and our global supply network. You will own forecast coordination, capacity and inventory planning, and delivery performance for a strategic global account, working cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and regional planning teams to translate data into action and keep supply commitments on track.

• Translate customer demand signals into executable supply plans, coordinating across multi-site networks to ensure on-time delivery and inventory alignment.
• Own forecast and risk visibility, proactively identify supply gaps and escalate early to prevent customer service disruptions.
• Lead structured supply review cadences with planning, operations, logistics, and business leadership to maintain alignment and reduce reactive escalations.
• Monitor and report delivery performance, inventory health, and lead time KPIs using SAP and Excel analytics.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO HAVE?

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• 8 or more years of experience in supply chain planning, scheduling, or customer-facing planning roles.
• Hands-on SAP proficiency and advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Proven experience owning forecast coordination, capacity planning, and inventory strategy for a customer or business segment.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management, ability to influence and align teams across regions and organizational levels.
• Experience in global or multi-site supply chain environments within electronics, advanced manufacturing, or similar industries.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish, written and spoken.
