Corning Incorporated in Reynosa, Mexico is seeking a Product Line Planner to balance demand and supply for C&A and Molding operations, ensuring on-time customer commitments and optimized resources.

You will lead cross-functional planning with manufacturing, materials, logistics, and global teams, drive SIOP processes, monitor KPIs, and contribute to long-term capacity and inventory strategies for a world-class manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply planning, production planning, demand planning, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of demand forecasting, capacity planning, inventory management, and SIOP/S&OP processes.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems and advanced planning tools.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience collaborating across multiple organizational levels.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead supply planning activities and ensure alignment between demand forecasts, inventory targets, and manufacturing capabilities.

• Monitor supply chain and production performance, proactively resolving gaps and implementing recovery plans as needed.

• Partner with manufacturing, materials, logistics, customer service, and global planning teams to optimize capacity and inventory strategies.
• Participate in demand consensus meetings, support product launches and phase-outs, and contribute to long-term planning activities.

What is your role?

As a Product Line Planner, you will be responsible for balancing demand and supply while developing effective production and inventory strategies for C&A and Molding operations.
