Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Marketing Project Manager for Global ECS in Guadalajara area. You will partner with global marketing, production and supplier teams to translate strategic concepts into multi-channel campaigns that resonate across regions and customers.

This role emphasizes resource planning, budgeting, scheduling and performance reporting to ensure on-time delivery and profitability. As part of a global Center of Excellence, you will mentor junior staff, drive process improvements

Qualifications

• Typically requires 5-7 years of related experience with a four-year degree; or 3 years of related experience and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in marketing agency, internal shared service, Center of Excellence or demand center environment.
• Experience managing campaign intake, project schedules, resource capacity, budgets, suppliers and delivery risks.
• Strong understanding of marketing channel effectiveness and channel mix across online and offline tactics.
• Experience working with project or work management platforms and producing operational, capacity and financial reporting.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional and matrixed teams with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between go-to-market and production teams, owning project intake and handover.
• Gatekeeper for project bookings, ensuring briefs, timelines, budgets and supporting information are complete and production-ready.
• Maintain master schedule for live and upcoming projects, balancing priorities and capacity.
• Forecast resource demand and resolve resourcing conflicts.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and actuals to support revenue recognition and reporting.
• Identify variances and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Develop cost-effective delivery solutions and timelines with internal teams and suppliers.
• Prepare weekly capacity, utilization and resourcing reports for operational meetings.
• Provide insights for workload prioritization and planning.
