Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned leader to own the global Marketing process excellence roadmap within Commercial GBS in Mexico City. You will build a 3-year portfolio across Expansion, Digital enablement, and Process Transformation, translating business needs into measurable process designs and value cases.

This role requires 10+ years in commercial/marketing operations, FMCG experience, and a proven ability to lead multi-country programs.

Formación

• Master’s degree required (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years in commercial/marketing operations, analytics, strategy, transformation, and/or process excellence.
• Proven experience leading global/regional transformation with quantified outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of marketing processes: analytics, consumer & shopper insights, content ops, activation ops, ecommerce/digital.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across geographies and time zones.
• FMCG experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Own the global Marketing process excellence roadmap within Commercial GBS.
• Build and maintain a 3-year portfolio of initiatives across Expansion, Digital enablement, and Process Transformation.
• Define initiative charters and value cases and govern benefits realization through implementation and sustainment.
• Establish and run a repeatable POD model covering intake, discovery, deep dive, requirements, solution options, execution oversight, and sustainment.
• Lead diagnostics including VOC, process mapping, waste analysis, and root cause analysis.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, process designs, controls, and measurement plans.
• Deploy Lean/Six Sigma, standard work, and simplification methodologies across Sales processes.
• Define global standards including process taxonomy, SOPs, RACI, controls, SLAs/XLAs, and KPI definitions.
• Drive improvements in cycle time, right-first-time quality, rework reduction, and stakeholder experience.
• Optimize and drive adoption of Commercial/Sales platforms and workflow tooling with Tech and GBS Capability teams.
• Align data/process requirements for scalable performance tracking, account analytics, and program execution reporting.
• Start as an individual contributor and build a Commercial Excellence team over time.
• Coach and enable cross-functional contributors across GBS hubs, SMEs, Tech, and Analytics.
