Lenovo in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks a Manufacturing Process Continuous Improvement Quality Engineer to drive process improvements on the manufacturing floor across global facilities. You will analyze data with Excel and Power BI, collaborate with Quality, Test, Supplier and Manufacturing Engineering teams, and engage customers through audits and reviews.

Travel up to 10% may be required. Strong floor experience in automotive or electronics/server assembly plus attention to detail and auditable

Formación

Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience on a manufacturing floor.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and CI methodologies.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data reporting tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication; customer-facing skills.
Willingness to travel up to 10% (domestic/international).

Responsabilidades

Evaluate manufacturing floor processes to identify opportunities for improvement and simplify workflows.
Conduct process audits to verify compliance and effectiveness.
Partner with CSP customers for technical inquiries and quarterly reviews (QBRs).
Analyze test logs and FA reports to determine root causes and drive corrective actions.
Create executive dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI.
