Bacardi is seeking a senior Global Process Lead for Make, covering Manufacturing and Maintenance. You will own enterprise process architecture, drive TPM and Maintenance Excellence, and ensure SAP S/4HANA-enabled execution across the global manufacturing network.

The role requires balancing global standardisation with local realities, and delivering measurable improvements in reliability, safety and cost competitiveness. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Formación

• 15+ years in manufacturing and supply chain leadership with strong shop-floor credibility.
• Proven Maintenance Excellence and TPM track record in global, matrixed setups.
• Experience embedding SAP S/4HANA-enabled execution for Make and Maintenance.
• Ability to balance global standardisation with local realities and drive value.
• Strong governance, leadership, and stakeholder engagement at executive level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global Manufacturing & Maintenance process ownership, including preventive, predictive, reactive, calibration, refurbishment, and continuous improvement maintenance models.
• Own global process taxonomy (L1–L3) and governance for Manufacturing & Maintenance.
• Guide fit-to-standard process design aligned with TPM practices.
• Design and govern end-to-end TPM processes (AM, PM, FI, EEM) and training.
• Develop the Connected Frontline Worker roadmap and role-based experiences.
• Identify and deliver AI/analytics use cases for shop floor like predictive maintenance.
• Partner with OT/IT/Digital to integrate SAP S/4HANA with shop floor systems.
• Set standards for AI-enabled work execution on the shop floor.
• Lead Operating Model development for global TPM strategy and loss elimination.
