Metso is seeking a Process Owner, Manufacturing to lead end-to-end manufacturing planning improvements. Location may include Espoo, Finland, or Irapuato, Mexico, with a hybrid work setup. The role reports to the Head of Manufacturing and requires travel to manufacturing units.

You will standardize processes, drive governance, and partner with production, IT, and supply planning to optimize global capabilities. A strong systems mindset and SAP experience are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong experience with manufacturing and production-related IT systems.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and production stages from a systems perspective.
• Proactive, hands-on approach to manufacturing process and system management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and service-oriented mindset.
• Interest in technology and continuous learning; ability to challenge existing ways.
• Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex topics clearly for diverse audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own, develop, and maintain the global manufacturing planning process framework from a system perspective, including standards and governance.
• Communicate, train, and support production unit personnel for a consistent global way of working.
• Ensure production units have required capabilities and support for manufacturing-related systems.
• Act as SAP key user and process owner for Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules.
• Own and develop other manufacturing-related data systems and processes as required.
• Resolve system-related challenges and support requests from production units.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across production, supply planning, and IT to continuously improve processes.
