Johnson Controls is seeking a logistics coordinator in Monterrey, Mexico, with a Monday–Friday 3:00pm–10:30pm schedule. The role requires coordinating national and international shipments, communicating with planners, and ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining SAP records and carrier relationships.

A bachelor’s degree in international business or logistics and knowledge of hazmat shipments are preferred.

• Required knowledge of international logistics processes and customs regulations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with multi-tasking ability.
• Ability to manage escalation and internal customer service effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate national and international carriers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Communicate with OTM planners to ensure correct assignment and follow-up on shipments.
• Maintain records and reports (KPIs) for shipping, tracing and costs.
• Work with SAP to create deliveries and report to OTM team.
• Interact with carriers, drivers and internal plant departments to ensure smooth operations.
