Job summary

MillerKnoll, Inc. is seeking an International Logistics & Import Operations professional to ensure compliant, cost‑effective import execution for raw materials, components, and finished goods across our global furniture network.

You will manage end‑to‑end shipment tracking, coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers, monitor in‑transit statuses, and drive process standardization and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to support on‑time delivery and optimized costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as International Trade, International Business, or Supply Chain.
• 1–3+ years of experience in Import or International Logistics in manufacturing.
• Experience with furniture and assembly is preferred.
• Experience working with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and international carriers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute import operations for raw materials, components, and finished products.
• Manage end-to-end shipment tracking from supplier origin to plant delivery.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers for efficient transport.
• Monitor in-transit shipments, yard operations, and container flow.
• Ensure timely and accurate shipping documentation.
• Identify and resolve delays or disruptions to avoid delays.
• Prioritize correct documentation and align material flow with demand.
• Follow NOMs certificates and new customs regulations.
