Job summary

MillerKnoll is seeking a Logistic Specialist to manage international import operations for raw materials, components, and finished goods. The role focuses on on-time delivery, cost controls, and cross-functional collaboration with procurement, planning, and finance.

The ideal candidate will have a background in international trade or logistics, 1–3+ years in import or international logistics, and experience with brokers, forwarders, and carriers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, or related field.
• 1–3+ years in Import or International Logistics in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and international carriers.
• Certification in Foreign Trade, Customs, or Logistics (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute import operations ensuring on-time delivery.
• Manage end-to-end shipment tracking from supplier to plant.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
• Monitor shipments and ensure proper documentation.
