Netflix is seeking an experienced Launch Operations coordinator in Mexico City to support asset production and traffic management across Netflix Original titles. You will partner with internal teams and external agencies to build project plans, track milestones, and coordinate parallel workstreams to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.

• 4–6+ years of experience in media asset operations, production coordination, or project coordination.
• Experience managing high-volume workflows across timelines and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational discipline and operational rigor.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate fulfillment and trafficking of media assets from intake to launch-ready delivery.
• Develop milestones and timelines for asset workflows across cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure clear requirements and context.
• Serve as primary operational contact for agencies and vendors, including access provisioning and tooling setup.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, and queues; monitor asset versions and approvals.
• Identify risks early and help resolve delivery, quality, or timing issues.
