OPmobility in León, Mexico, seeks a Global IT Infrastructure Specialist – Network to provide L2/L3 support for network infrastructures across regions, including DC/server room LAN/WAN, Site/Factory LAN/WLAN, external access, SD-WAN, DHCP, DNS, monitoring, NAC and firewalls.

With 5+ years in IT infrastructure management and strong TCP/IP/DNS/DHCP knowledge, you will drive network provisioning, cloud service integration, disaster recovery and adherence to IT standards while collaborating with

Formación

5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
Deep knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, switches and firewalls.
Knowledge of antivirus solutions, cybersecurity practices, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP; ITIL experience.

Responsabilidades

Provide L2/L3 support for network infrastructures (DC & Server Room LAN/WAN, Site & Factory LAN/WLAN, External Access, SDWAN, DHCP, DNS, monitoring, NAC, FW).
Assist provisioning, configuration, and deployment of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
Manage integration and operation of network services within cloud environments.
Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for network operations.
Ensure IT standards, policies, and best practices are followed at group level.
Collaborate with regional IT teams to ensure consistent service delivery across regions.
