GRAMMER AG in Tlaxcala is seeking an experienced Injection Process Engineer to operate and set up plastic injection molding machines, program servo-robots, and manage resin mixing systems. You will work with hot runner molds and auxiliary equipment, and collaborate with production to ensure quality and standardize processes.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and at least 5 years in the automotive industry, with knowledge of scientific molding and crane

Formación

• Knowledge of plastic injection molding process and scientific molding.
• Overhead crane operation and mold mounting/dismounting.
• Interpretation of water flow and wiring diagrams for cavity sensors.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and set up plastic injection molding machines (Engel, Krauss-Maffei, Cincinnati, etc.).
• Setup and programming of servo-robots.
• Setup and operation of resin mixing systems.
• Handle hot runner molds and auxiliary equipment (temperature controllers, dryers, vision systems, metal detectors, vacuum systems).
• Off-line mold preparation and mold protection/ejector settings.
• Process adjustments based on scientific molding principles.
• Create process parameter sheets.
• Collaborate with production to ensure quality and standardize processes.
