Flex is seeking a Buyer Indirect based in Mexico to support SpinCo as it becomes independent. You will partner with cross-functional teams and the IP/GBS groups to source non-standard materials and manage supplier relationships.

You will run e-auctions and RFQs, evaluate offers, interpret contracts with the legal team, and track delivery from purchase to receipt. 3–4 years of procurement experience and English (advanced) are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree is typically required.
• 3–4 years of procurement experience.
• Experience with supplier negotiation.
• Experience with MS Office.
• English advanced required.

Responsabilidades

• Using different forms of e-auction, sealed, open care processes.
• Procurement of non-standard materials on aQuire basis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, the global IP team and the Flex GBS team.
• Process requests in the aQuire system within 48 hours and issue RFQs.
• Compare offers and select the best balance of cost and quality.
• Interpret contracts with the legal department and arrange signatures.
• Manage supplier recruitment and onboarding.
• Track goods from procurement to receipt and monitor KPI performance.
• Participate in English-language conference calls and meetings; represent the IP team.
• Maintain compliance with procurement processes in the integrated management system.
• Coordinate transport with transport managers as needed.
• Request and document safety data sheets.
• Maintain minimum stocks and prepare periodic reports.
