Our Human Resources team is looking for a motivated, creative, and analytical HR Intern to support learning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. This internship offers the opportunity to collaborate with a U.S.-based leader and local team on global projects related to learning communications, competency frameworks, career development, organizational climate, and change management while gaining exposure to a multinational work environment.

Key Responsibilitie

• sSupport the development and communication of learning and development initiatives across the organization
• .Assist in creating and maintaining competency catalogs, with a focus on soft skills aligned to career paths and employee development
• .Collaborate on the design, coordination, and communication of training programs and learning resources
• .Support organizational climate initiatives by assisting with employee surveys, data collection, reporting, and action planning
• .Contribute to change management activities by preparing communication materials and supporting stakeholder engagement efforts
• .Develop presentations, reports, and communication materials for training and talent development initiatives
• .Analyze learning and engagement data to identify trends and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement
• .Partner with cross-functional teams and support global HR projects

Minimum Qualificati

• onsCurrently enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, Industrial Engineering, or a related fie

• am.English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environme
