Job summary

Pluxee is seeking a GRC Analyst to advance global cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management initiatives across a multinational setting. The role combines policy development, monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure regulatory alignment and continuous risk mitigation across countries, with a hybrid work pattern.

You will partner with IT, privacy, legal, and compliance teams and prepare reports for senior stakeholders to support governance and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience in GRC, cybersecurity compliance, or information risk management in multinational or regulated environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Cybersecurity, or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain cybersecurity and compliance policies, procedures, and standards.
• Track and analyze cybersecurity KPIs and KRIs; report to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, Privacy, Legal, and Compliance to ensure integrated governance.
• Participate in awareness campaigns and training related to cybersecurity and compliance.
• Conduct research on evolving GRC practices and regulatory updates; identify improvements to controls.
• Support GRC initiatives, tools, and audits across countries and business lines.
