Sulzer is looking for an experienced Tower Field Service project manager to lead TFS projects from estimate to invoicing. You will coordinate schedules, manage scope, and protect gross margin while ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, plus the ability to read engineering drawings and use project management software. Some international travel may be required.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Seven years of project management experience in a similar engineered product manufacturing operation.
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for project solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Project or other PM software.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering tower/internals drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for all aspects of Tower Field Service project execution including estimate, pre-job meetings and negotiations, ensuring scope clarity, and invoicing.
• Manage project scheduling and act as primary liaison between customer and Sulzer TFS.
• Assess change requests and update schedule and price; communicate impacts to customer and internal teams.
• Provide ongoing project reviews, track milestones, risks, and corrective actions to stakeholders.
• Maximize order margin through change orders and cost reductions; ensure timely invoicing.
• Travel as needed for on-site activities and project turns, including international travel.
