Bosch in Mexico is seeking an Software Engineering Team Leader to guide and technically lead a software development team for vehicle communication gateway modules. You will coordinate development activities across North America and offshore locations, ensuring delivery of Vehicle Communication Gateways, Body Control Modules, and related platforms.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electronics, CS, or software.
• 8+ years in embedded software engineering for control modules.
• 5+ years in project management and leading teams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with global Embedded Software teams for project delivery.
• Plan and manage resources for software development activities.
• Evaluate and deploy new software development technologies and CI/CD strategies.
• Interact with local and global non-SW teams to coordinate deliverables.
• Provide technical support to global team members.
