Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business.
• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, IBP, E2E Planning or related areas.
• Experience leading process improvements or global capability-building initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain planning processes and operating models.
• Experience working in complex global organizations and influencing partners.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global E2E Planning Standards and Governance across regions, driving adoption and governance.
• Advance planning capabilities and adoption, including scenario planning and integration with business processes.
• Build strong partnerships and influence change with cross-functional leaders to drive alignment.
